because now we are going to start our journey to go to the Jogja :-D
and now we are going to explore about one of many nature rich in Central Java. there is about Coffee
and first of all i want ask something to you that have you ever to drank a cup of coffee at your home?
i think that all of you ever did it..
Cofffee comes from the Arabic QAHWAH which means straight, because in the beginning coffee used as
high energy food and then qahwah has been changed into KAHVEH in the Turkish and kahveh has been changed again
into Koffie in the Dutch and coffee is immediately absorbed into Indonesian into Kopi until now
Coffee is famous for high caffeine content. and we can found caffeine not only in the coffee
we also can caffeine in the drugs, energy drink, cocoa beans, and cola. and here some chemical substance in the coffee such as:
caffeine, minerals, carbohydrates, protein and amino acid.
History records that the discovery of coffee as nutritious and energy drink were first discovered by the Nations of Ethopia on the African 3000 years ago
and coffee then continue to develop to be the world's most populat drinks consumed
and Indonesia has been able to produce 400 thousand tons of coffee anually
Well ladies and gentlemen in general there are 2 kinds of coffee beans such as Arabic coffee with the best quality
and Robusta cofee

the first is arabic coffee. arabic coffee is the traditional coffee with the best taste
most of coffe is made by using this type of cocoa beans, arabic coffee comes from Ethiopia and now can grown in many part in the world such as
latin american, central africa, india and indonesia
in general coffee is grown in the country with tropical and subtropical climates and arabis coffee can grown at an altitude of 600-2000 m above sea level
and arabi coffee can grown to 3 meters when good environmental
and the second is Robusta coffee.
Robusta coffee was first discovered in the Congo in 1898.
Robusta coffee can be grown with a height of 800 m above sea level
this type of coffee is more resistant to pests and diseases.
It makes more cheap in the market
Robusta robusta coffee grown in much of West Africa, Central Africa, Southeast Asia, and South America.

coffee luwak is coffee with the highest sales price in the world.
The process of forming a very unique and it seems to be the main reason for the high price of coffee this type.
Basically, this coffee is arabica coffee species.
Coffee beans are then eaten by a luwak
However, not all parts of coffee beans can be digested by the animal.
some of the parts of coffee benas were come out with feces
and ithe coffee beans has been subject to a short fermentation by natural bacteria in luwak's stomach
and all of the process gives unique taste.
